Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request delivery services, communicate with us directly or via third party social media sites, participate in our contests, promotions or inquire or apply for a job with us.
The types of information we collect may depend on whether you are using our Services to submit orders for delivery ("Customers") or you are using our Services as an independent contractor delivering orders to Customers ("Deliverers"):
Customers Placing Orders:
We collect information when you create an account, submit an order for delivery, provide feedback on the services you received, request customer service, participate in our contests, promotions or surveys, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, campus name, phone number, billing address, delivery address, transaction information (e.g. date, time, restaurant, items ordered, payment amount, delivery instructions), social media usernames and any other information you choose to provide.
Independent Contractor Deliverer:
When you sign up to be a Crave on Campus Deliverer, we collect information in addition to the information required of all users of our app. The types of additional information we may collect include your school email address, campus name, and a photograph of your student identification card.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you access or use our Services or otherwise interact with us, we automatically collect information about you and we may associate it with information that you provide directly to us. For example, we may collect:
Information We Collect From Other Sources
We may also receive information about you from other sources and link or combine that with information we collect about you. For example, if you create or log into your account through a social media site , we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and friends lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site.
If you use our Services as a Customer and as a Deliverer, we may combine or associate the information we have collected from you in both capacities.

|Your Choices and Changes||
You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your account and updating your profile information or by emailing us email@example.com. If you wish to delete your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but note that we may retain certain information about you for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
When you first launch some of our mobile applications or visit one of the pages on our website that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the collection of location information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can later stop this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device or Internet browser. If you do so, certain features of our Services will no longer function. You can also stop our collection of location information by our mobile applications by following the standard uninstall process and removing the Crave on Campus application(s) from your mobile device.
Promotional Communications from Crave on Campus.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts.
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can elect to stop receiving these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Your California Privacy Rights.
California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Under the law, a business must either provide this information or permit California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing. Crave on Campus qualifies for this alternative option.
